Flourish figures are from their published pricing page as of August 2026; we’ve left Essentials in because the headline number matches ours and you deserve to see that it isn’t the same purchase. Canix does not publish pricing at all — a demo comes first — so every “not published” above is exactly that, not a guess; the ~$1,000 figure is operator-reported rather than official, and their tiering may well differ. Their sensor row is from their own published integration directory, where the hardware section lists scales, RFID and label printers. The ERP module is live today and still in beta — everything else above is live too. If any of this is out of date, email hello@carinaos.com and we’ll correct it.

What’s included in the 30-day free trial?

Everything, including the ERP add-on. Full platform access — Metrc compliance, sensor integration, analytics, mobile app, and the $100/mo cultivation ERP at no charge for the 30 days. No credit card required, and we don’t limit features during the trial.

Do you charge per plant, per canopy, or per user?

No. Pricing is flat at $250/month per facility. No metering by canopy square footage, plant count, seats, or sensors. Everyone on your team gets access.

Is CarinaSense™ included in the $250/month plan?

Yes — CarinaSense is included in the $250/month Full Hub plan at no extra cost. CarinaOS Go ($99/month) subscribers unlock CarinaSense when they upgrade to the Full Hub.

What’s the difference between CarinaOS Go and the full platform?

CarinaOS Go ($99/month) is the mobile-first Metrc compliance app for on-the-floor work. The full platform ($250/month) adds the web dashboard, live sensor integration, advanced analytics, CarinaSense AI, and team management. Go subscribers get the full hub included when they upgrade.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Multi-facility operators can contact us for group pricing.

What hardware do I need for sensor integration?

CarinaOS is hardware-agnostic. We integrate with most popular environmental sensors and controllers. If you already have sensors installed, there’s a good chance we can connect to them. Contact us to confirm compatibility.
