Why CarinaOS

Built in the grow room,
not the board room.

CarinaOS didn’t start as a product — it started as our own problem. We’re licensed cultivators running a 12,000 sq ft mixed-light facility in California, and we’d spent too many nights reconciling Metrc by hand. Thousands of flowering plants, staggered cycles, real filing deadlines — and, like every operator we knew, a pile of disconnected tools: one dashboard for the environment, another for compliance, a spreadsheet for everything between.

So we built the system we needed: a single, hardware-agnostic layer that sits above the crop-steering gear you already run — Growlink, AROYA, YoLink — and ties it to your Metrc compliance and daily operations. No rip-and-replace. Every workflow in it exists because something broke on a real grow floor first.

We run the platform in our own facility every day — real plants, real filings, real edge cases. It isn’t a demo environment.

Every ERP starts with an invoice somebody typed. CarinaOS starts with the plant — because it already holds your compliance record. The transfer you filed becomes the invoice. The package you shipped remembers the harvest that grew it. The cost follows the plant all the way to the sale.
